Chris was very proactive in addressing issues and her level of communication was timely and provided me comfort knowing I could depend on a response and action from her immediately. Overall my experience was wonderful! Chris was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful during the entire process. She was able to push the sale through quickly once we made a decision. She was always available and honest in her approach which I appreciated very much! There aren't enough words to describe Chris' level professionalism!
